Every AmFai Pets order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
1. Find your tracking number
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships (usually within 1–3 business days of ordering). Check your inbox, and your spam or promotions folder, for an email from AmFai Pets with the subject "Your order is on the way".
2. Track your package
Click the tracking link in your shipping email, or paste your tracking number at 17TRACK, a free tracker that works with carriers worldwide.
3. View your order status
You can also open the order status page from the link in your order confirmation email to see your order details and shipping updates at any time.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates after your order ships.
- Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
- Delivery takes 5–11 business days to the US, Canada, UK and Australia, and 7–20 business days elsewhere.
