Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free worldwide, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–11 business days to the US, Canada, UK and Australia, and 7–20 business days to other countries.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also enter it on our Track Your Order page.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products ship from different warehouses, so items can arrive separately. There's no extra charge.
Will I pay customs fees?
Most orders arrive without extra fees, but some countries charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your local customs office and paid by the customer where they apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with PayPal or with your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and more) through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal and protected with encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you have a discount code?
Yes! New customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off their first order.
Sizing & products
How do I choose the right harness size?
Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest, just behind the front legs, and compare it with the size chart on the product page. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.
The size doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it for another size. See our Refund Policy.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
