Free worldwide shipping

Every AmFai Pets order ships free, with no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery times

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 5–11 business days after processing
Rest of the world: 7–20 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or because of customs checks and carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. Tracking information can take 2–5 days to update after shipping.

Multiple packages

Our products ship from different warehouses, so orders with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international orders. These charges are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer where they apply.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours at teamamfai@gmail.com and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
