سياسة الاسترداد

At AmFai Pets, we want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at teamamfai@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Size exchanges

If a harness, collar or other sized item doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it for a different size, subject to availability. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been used, chewed, washed or damaged by pets
Items without original packaging
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

Lost or late orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us at teamamfai@gmail.com as soon as possible.
